We've been buying coffee from San Cristobal Importers for the past few years and always look forward to their special lots from GTNAY. Founded in 2015, GTNAY has 600 members and produces a variety of different coffee processes and varieties. There were only seven bags of this unique, wet/washed process Peaberry lot, and we had to have it. You'll find this is a great “daily driver” of a light roast. A little more pronounced in acidity than many expect from coffees from Mexico, this one is balanced with a little heavier of a light roast to round out a nice hard-candy sweetness. Try this as a pour-over, or make a killer macchiato with it!
