We take pride in providing the freshest products. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.

Return policy

At Mostra Coffee, your complete satisfaction is a priority. For all purchases made in-stores or online, there is a 30 day return period.

In-Store Purchases:
For any questions, concerns, or dissatisfaction regarding your in-store purchase, please bring the product and proof of purchase and ask to speak to the manager on duty.

Online Purchases:
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us via the Contact Us page. Please include your name, the order number, item(s) and number of each item you would like to return or replace, and the reason for the return. We will respond via email with a Return Merchandise Account Number and instructions for sending your items back to us.
