Origin

We source our green beans from the best farms in the world.  Our handpicked lots are carefully cupped before every purchase to ensure that we get the highest quality bean from each origin of coffee.

 Roasting

From green to brown, coffee goes through a dramatic transformation.  Understanding this process, in combination with the knowledge of bean origin, technique, style, equipment, and a passion for our craft, allows us to create a high quality product for our customers.   Our San Franciscan roasting machines combine artisan craftsmanship with the latest roasting technology.

 Brewing

Characteristics of a coffee are highlighted in different ways depending on its brewing method.  We take the time to brew each coffee through the various methods to ensure that our customers are experiencing each coffee at their maximum potential.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ DETAILS BELOW:

  • No substitutes allowed in this assortment pack
  • Upon completing your pre-order, you must select one of the two dates to pick up in-store:
    • Saturday, April 14 or Sunday, April 15. (Shipping is only available for coffee bean orders. No Baked cupcakes and cheese rolls can be shipped at this time.) 
  • Pre-orders must be picked up during Mostra's regular business hours. Saturday 6am-5pm | Sunday 7am-5pm
  • Pre-order deadline is Tuesday, April 10, 2018 @ 11pm (PST)
  • If you would like to purchase additional cupcakes and cheese rolls after the pre-order deadline, you will have the opportunity to purchase in-store on 4/14 & 4/15. This includes the same six types of cupcakes that are included in the BAKED FAVORITES VARIETY PACK (Turon, Ube Cheesecake, Yema Creme Brûlée, Coconut Buko Pandan, Champorado, PutoBungbung) as well as a couple additional flavors: Ube Leche Flan Cupcakes and Dulce de Leche Cupcakes (both of these additional flavors are not included in the BAKED FAVORITES VARIETY PACK and will only be available for in-store purchase). Any quantity or combination of cupcakes can be purchased in-store. (All purchases made in-store are on a first come, first serve basis.)
